My Testimony
Dance is an individual art form that has many different meanings. My passion thrives from the storytelling behind every movement and the execution of the technical aspects. My artistry changes so much as I get older and as time goes by, I put more into my craft because it is my outlet to do so. Dance doesn’t judge you, it doesn’t form harsh opinions and leave you empty. Dance fills me and keeps me whole. What I want to contribute to dance is exactly what it has given me, an outlet where I can express myself freely and just be me while having support and encouragement from other dancers in a positive environment.
Personal Bio
Since starting my career in gymnastics, I knew I needed more. I needed the emotional outlet that gymnastics couldn't give me, but dance could. From age 9 to 22, I knew that dance was the only thing I would ever do. I fell in love with watching dancers around the world to find inspiration and my own spark to light my fire. I started training in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acro, and contemporary, which opened my eyes to the endless possibilities a dancer could have, and from there, I haven’t stopped thriving.
